Rolf was born and raised in Washington State. Growing up in Washington, Rolf has a strong connection to the community. Prior to law school, Rolf worked in education around Western Washington. Rolf attended the University of Washington School of Law. In his spare time, Rolf enjoys golfing, reading, and being outside with his wife and two dogs.
