  • Fraud by the Lender

Don't wait until it's too late.  Receiving a Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options, marks the beginning of the foreclosure process.  Upon receipt of this, you can set up a meeting with the lender to discuss the various options.  If you do not set up this meeting, you will receive a Notice of Default within 30 days.  You may also receive a Notice of Trustee Sale.  The Sale is where the lender is going to sell your home, and the sale will be scheduled 120 days from when you receive the Notice of Trustee Sale.  You should call immediately upon receiving the Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options for the best chance of remaining in your home and preventing foreclosure.

Like many of our other fee structures, we take sexual abuse cases on a contingency - which means we do not require attorney's fees up front and are only paid if we are able to help you recover monetary damages.
