Managing Partner Chairs 2026 WSBA Trial Advocacy Program

The Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) will be hosting its highly popular CLE April 16-17, 2026, co-chaired by AKW LAW Managing Partner Ada Smoke alongside attorney Austin Field.

This Trial Advocacy Program (TAP) is a two-day CLE on trial skills followed by a one-day mock trial. This program is designed for attorneys in both civil and criminal field with little to no trial experience as well as attorneys who want to refresh their trial skills.

Ada will also be presenting on the topic of "Trial Logistics, Order of Proof, Presenting Evidence, and Demonstratives."

Attorney Jenna Labourr of AKW LAW will be presenting on "Expert Witnesses and Hostile Witnesses".
